Deleting your data

Effective 13 September 2026.

You can remove everything we hold about you yourself, in minutes, without asking us.

A connected social account (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

• Open Billing → Connections and press Disconnect next to the platform. That deletes the access token and the account name and ID we stored, immediately.
• To remove our access on the platform's side as well: Instagram → Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites; TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services; Google → myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Posts already on your profile belong to you and stay there; delete them on the platform.

A character and its clips

• Open the character → Settings → Retire. Its portrait, looks, voice track and clips are permanently deleted from storage, and the deletion is verified before the character is marked retired.

Your whole account

• Email hello@visualizeai.pro from the address on the account. We delete the account, every character and clip, stored tokens and connection details within 30 days and confirm by email.
• What we keep afterwards, and why: safety-audit records (cryptographic hashes and scores, never photos) and likeness attestations, because the law requires them; invoices, because tax law requires them.
