VisualizeAI Character Studio ("the Service") is operated by HomeShopperAI Inc. VisualizeAI is a product of HomeShopperAI Inc.

The service

The Service turns photos you have rights to, or characters you describe, into clearly stylized animated characters and video clips. Characters you create are intentionally non-photorealistic: the Service does not produce a photorealistic likeness of you or of anyone else from your uploads. (HomeShopperAI Inc separately produces its own first-party marketing content, which is labelled as AI-generated wherever it is published.)

Your content and likeness

• You may only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission. Each upload requires an attestation, which we log.
• You can retire a character at any time; its portrait, poses, and clips are permanently deleted from storage.
• We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use policy.

Credits and billing

• Generation is metered in credits. Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing period; purchased credit packs expire twelve months after purchase.
• A generation that fails or is blocked does not consume a credit.
• Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of HomeShopperAI Inc. Charges appear as VISUALIZEAI.

Copyright and repeat infringers

• You may only upload images (photos, products, rooms, clothing) that you own or have permission to use.
• We respond to copyright notices under our copyright policy and remove reported material expeditiously.
• Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated.

Provenance

Exports carry content credentials identifying them as AI-generated. You agree not to remove provenance metadata from exported media.

Liability

The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeShopperAI Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
